What’s a typical day as a Senior Project Manager? You’ll be:
Providing analytical support to the Project Management Office under minimal supervision
Participating in planning sessions as a documentation lead and/or workstream lead
Interacting with all levels of management through program and/or project updates and reviews
Driving implementation of projects by establishing strategy, schedules, budgets, and financial analysis
Leading risk management approaches and systems
Owning SharePoint site, tracking and execution of scope and financial deliverables, and associated reporting
Providing financial analysis and justification for new projects or programs
Eliminating or minimizing barriers to progress and anticipating potential conflict situations
Participating in the execution of quality management systems
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a Bachelor's degree with equivalent plus 5 to 7 years of project management experience and 10 years of demonstrated success leading multi-site, global, or enterprise-wide programs in the medical products industry
Possess strong project management skills, including supply chain acumen and communication abilities
Are proficient in Microsoft products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Have experience with separation/M&A
Are familiar with technology systems
Have knowledge of cGMP manufacturing and quality systems
Display personal attributes such as integrity, work ethic, sound judgment, and pragmatism
Demonstrate a passion for innovation, quality, and continuous improvement
