Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sweeper to join our team. As a Sweeper, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our team.
 
 
Responsibilities as Sweeper:

Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring proper storage and organization.
Load and unload commercial printing machines.
Load pallets of mail to be shipped.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

 
Requirements for Sweeper:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Material Handler or similar warehouse position.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $14-$16hr.
