They are proficient in weld operations such as T-joints, Butt-joints, and corner welds. They will demonstrate the ability to read blueprints to weld and fabricate intermediate to advanced complexity items on various material types and thicknesses in and out of position. Welders are certified 0.35 up to 0.250 thicknesses and to internal weld specifications.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Weld assemblies of all levels of complexity
Intermediate to advance TIG welding operations, i.e., T-joints, Butt joints, and corner welds.
Required Skills:
Ability to TIG weld assemblies of all levels of complexity on various material types and thicknesses in and out of position.
Intermediate to Advance TIG welding operations, i.e., T-joints, Butt- Joints, and corner welds
Ability to pass internal D17.1 weld specifications.
Support Lower-Level Welders
Required Experience:
Typically, 2-5 years of TIG welding in an Aerospace setting
Working knowledge for D17.1 weld specifications
Level of Education:GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.

For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter .
