Kelly Professional & Industrial is seeking a skilled Distribution Technician to manage material handling/shipping receiving, oversee inventory processes, and ensure accurate documentation within a Biotechnology Industry.
It’s located at Chelmsford, MA (01824), this on-site role offers a competitive pay rate of $20.50/hr. and a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. If you have a strong background in operating warehouse systems and equipment, apply today to become a vital part of our team
Job Description:
Prepare and account for all material movement documentation and update Oracle system accordingly.
Place all incoming and outgoing materials including finished goods, raw materials and supplies in the appropriate staging and storage locations.
Prepare materials for shipment involving all modes of transportation(LTL, TL, ocean, rail and airfreight)
Verify receipts to ensure damage free products are introduced into our systems and accurate records are maintained.
Preserve the quality and integrity of materials while loading and unloading activities occur.
Keep and maintain designated warehouses safe, clean and in a presentable manner at all times.
Print and collate shipping documents by order
Respond to phones and communications with other departments
Other duties as assigned
Eligible to convert based on performance and business needs.
