Milwaukee facility, we manufacture Electric Rope Shovels. In this role as a Value Chain Designer, you will report to the Manager Value Chain Engineering and will be primarily responsible for designing and implementing new process or updates to existing processes to improve end to end value chain performance. You will develop a network value-stream model that depicts current state value chain network and may compare to alternate network configurations. As a member of the Value Chain Engineering team, you will need to have a growth mindset, promote continuous improvement, and help build a defect-free culture. Analyzing the inbound, value add and outbound value chains to identify opportunities for improvement.

Developing business cases and capability studies, recommending improvements to stakeholders.

Implementing new and enhanced processes and tools and governing changes through collaboration across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment.

Identifying process inefficiencies and wastes of time, money, materials, and energy.


Degree Requirement:Degree or equivalent experience desired
