Your Impact as a Med Tech

Provide exceptional resident care, supporting daily activities and personal hygiene with compassion and respect
Respond promptly to resident calls, addressing their needs with empathy and efficiency
Ensure proper nutrition by carefully managing dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences

What We're Looking For

A can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our residents
Strong teamwork skills balanced with the ability to work independently
Previous caregiving experience (preferred but not required)
A genuine love for seniors and a commitment to their well-being
Ability to pass required background checks
