Possess a B.S. in Ocean Engineering, System Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or have equivalent work experience.
Have 7+ years of relevant experience working on projects involving either industrial or military undersea operations, sensors, and systems.
Are passionate about ocean engineering and tools for maritime system development, integration, evaluations, and technology analysis.
Have experience in full lifecycle systems development including the development and fielding of maritime systems.
Are skilled in concept design, implementation, and testing.
Have demonstrated technical leadership, and the ability to mentor others.
Possess strong organization and planning skills, with record of accomplishment in a team environment.
Have excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding written and oral communications skills.
Have ability to take on leadership roles in a diverse environment of contractors, government, and Navy personnel.
Hold an active Top Secret level security clearance by your start date and can ultimately obtain TS/SCI level clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level with consideration for internal parity.
