Electrical Quality Control InspectorKey Role:Perform basic activities for quality acceptance of various products per established facility processes including inspection, calibration, testing, maintenance, and reporting. Apply industry and organizational knowledge to programs and projects. Perform varied tasks using standard policies , procedures, and practical application of the general and te chn ical aspects of the job to complete assignments. Work under general supervision, complete routine work without instruction, and follow general instructions for new assignments. Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams, and serve as informal lead for junior teammates.Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with Quality Control Inspections in an electronics manufacturing environment using tools, including meters, gauges, and computers
Experience with electronic assembly fabrication, including wiring harnesses, electronic circuit boards, and integration of electronic components in a quality assurance role
Experience with performing and reporting on inspections of received, in-process, first article, and final electrical parts and assemblies
Ability to develop inspection and test approaches for parts produced in-house items and materials received from third party vendors
Ability to maintain accurate data and documentation for all non-conformances
Ability to collaborate with the production team, shipping and receiving, engineers, project managers, and Quality Assurance to resolve quality issues
Ability to read and interpret te chn ical drawings and electrical schematics
Ability to obtain a security clearance
HS diploma or GED
J-STD-001, IPC-A-600, 610, or 620 endorsement certifications

Additional Qualifications:
Experience supporting Quality Assurance and Control programs for Military systems
Experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 Quality Management Systems
Experience with participating in material review boards and related documentation
Experience with performing inspections of mechanical assemblies
Knowledge of computers, including using Micro sof t office
Ability to lead Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving activities
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

The projected compensation range for this position is $46,900.00 to $96,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
