Essential Functions: 

Oversees the scheduling of daily shipments inbound & outbound shipments
Plans the scheduled day for warehouse activities.
Maintains warehouse organization.
Maintains a safe working environment in the warehouse
Maintains warehouse housekeeping
Reports any potential issues with on-time delivery
Performs physical inventories as needed.
Keeps control of raw material inventory levels.
Records resin adjustments weekly
Supervisory: oversee all warehouse personnel in a union facility

Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years warehouse management experience or 4 years supervisory and 2 years management experience is required. 
A college degree is highly preferred
Must be detail-oriented
Must have organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Must be able to plan a course of action with many variables.
Must be forward-looking, including the ability to plan orders months in advance using historical data
