Laboratory Technician
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analyses on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. You'll also handle special testing requests to support our cutting-edge quality assurance operations.
What Will You Do?

Efficient Communication: Relay testing results effectively to Operations Team Members ensuring seamless workflow.
Procedure Compliance: Read, understand, and follow all laboratory standard procedures and SOPs.
Support and Evaluate: Assist the Chemist in evaluating new equipment and testing methods.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental and quality regulations, including training, disposing of chemicals, and performing safety checks.
Maintenance & Calibration: Keep laboratory instruments clean, operational, and in top condition.
Safety Programs: Actively participate in safety programs and monthly safety meetings, always looking for improvement opportunities.
Quality Culture: Support and promote a strong quality culture within the plant.
Emergency Response: Assist the Plant Emergency Brigade by making announcements and contacting outside agencies during emergencies.
Overtime: Be prepared to work required overtime when necessary.

Skills and Experience


Education: Associate or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
Math: Strong algebraic math skills.
Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work off shifts, including weekends and holidays.
