Job Description
Visa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Compliance Staff Data Engineer (multiple openings) in Atlanta, GA to
Collaborate with project team members (Product Managers, Architects, Analysts, Software Engineers, Project Managers, etc.) to ensure development and implementation of new data driven business solutions.Drive development effort End-to-End for on-time delivery of high quality solutions that conform to requirements, conform to the architectural vision, and comply with all applicable standards.Collaborate with senior technical staff and PM to identify, document, plan contingency, track and manage risks and issues until all are resolved.Present technical solutions, capabilities, considerations, and features in business terms.Effectively communicate status, issues, and risks in a precise and timely manner.Partner with Product on implementation strategy.Position reports to the Atlanta, Georgia office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering or closely related field followed by 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a related engineer or analyst occupation.Compliance and AML domain;Actimize AIS objects;AIS (Analytics Intelligence Server);Actone/RCM (Risk Case Manager);AIS Modeler; RCM Designer;Configuring at least one Anti Money Laundering and Fraud solution, such as CDD, IFM or SAM; Developing the solution architecture, implementation, installation, configuration, and testing of the product for Risk and Compliance Solutions for financial institution; andJava, Go, Scala or Python.
Additional Information
Worksite: Atlanta, GA
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $122,900.00 USD to $196,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
