We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Pop-Up Store Manager, a leading personalized jewelry brand, for our new pop-up store in Boston. The ideal candidate will be a passionate salesperson at heart, customer-focused, and have a strong background in retail management. This person should possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. They must be a multitasker willing to be hands-on in all aspects of the store’s operations. The Pop-Up Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pop-up store operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
This role’s hours will vary during the week, however, they will tend to be in the evenings during high traffic times and require availability to work Saturday and Sunday from 12:00-19:00pm.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.


Strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.


Significant experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or jewelry industry.


Committed to delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.


Willingness to be actively involved in all store operations.


Responsibilities:


Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry.


Provide detailed information about products and answer customer queries.


Staff recruitment


Inventory management


Team management


Employees’ weekly schedules


Suppliers management


Sales performance tracking


Training and development


Compliance and safety


Overall management of the store and all its aspect


Requirements:


Proven experience in retail management- luxury/jewelry preferred 


Experience managing a store, staff, and inventory


Strong analytical abilities


Tech-savvy, with proficiency in POS systems (Square) and other retail technology


U.S. working visa or citizenship.


 
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $40 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
