Job Description:
As a School Age Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for the development and coordination of the school age program including, assisting with staffing, planning and implementing summer camp and winter camp programs for school age students, community outreach, field trip planning and scheduling, and ensuring the implementation of our proprietary curriculum while maintaining a happy, safe, and healthy education environment for the children. Our teams collaborate and build relationships with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community. Education & Work Experience Requirements:

18+ years, 25+ years of age to drive the bus.
High School Diploma and 2 years of previous school age teacher or afterschool program management.  
Preferred associate degree in early childhood, child development, special education, elementary education, or a related human services field.
Knowledge of state education and licensing standards.
Broad knowledge of instructional programs, extracurricular activities, and methods to ensure a safe and orderly climate.
