Conduct analyses and craft recommendations that enhance our ability to recruit, reward and retain top talent for our growing companyBetter together This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.Position ResponsibilitiesExamine and interpret Human Resources (HR) data to support workforce planning, recruitment, turnover and other areas critical to staffing.Package metrics and insights for management to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.Develop and modify intermediate Workday, Excel and Access-based tools.Collaborate with business teams to incorporate productivity targets and labor goals into the broader workforce plan.Review HR system transactions to identify any data integrity issues and recommend opportunities to adjustment procedures or for user training to troubleshoot.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree.
