You will have a unique opportunity to work alongside a team of MEs as well as both HVM (High-Volume Manufacturing) and TD (Technology Development) peers on the FBE (Far Back End) factory C4 and Sort floors with the intent to drive production efficiencies, provide data analysis, and influence/implement new systems and applications.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:• Develop reports, tools, and strategies to manage tactical WIP (Work in Progress) flow through the factory.• Provide inputs and requirements for new Automation tools/reports/UIs (User Interfaces).• Troubleshoot report and application issues.• Develop and review key indicators to measure factory performance and provide recommendations to factory management.• Act as a liaison between the ME team/Production and other factory groups such as Module/Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Integration, Planning and Automation.The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:• Verbal and written communication skills.• Analytical problem-solving skills.• Attention to detail.• Leadership.• Teamwork (both immediate work team and cross-functional teams).• Self-motivated.• Effective decision-making in ambiguous environment.• Adapt to a rapidly changing complex environment.Qualifications:You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
