About this team and role:What you’ll do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Data Science and Marketing to align UX goals with business objectives. Mentor and manage a team of UX designers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Apply user research, analytics, and feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on product features. Advocate for the user at all stages of the product development lifecycle, ensuring user needs and preferences are prioritized. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design and mobile application development. What you’ll bring: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing mobile applications. Proven experience designing and delivering successful consumer mobile apps for iOS and Android platforms. Strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Experience with UX design for privacy and security-focused products is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to think strategically and execute methodically, with a strong attention to detail.
