Imaging experience required.
Perform troubleshooting, part replacement, system upgrades, basic deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks / printers.
Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective action.
Make policy recommendations to their managers and be an escalation point for less experienced team members.
Well-rounded knowledge of the policies and procedures for their work area. Basic Qualifications:
Must have minimum 3 years of relevant Field Tech/ Desktop Support experience.
Must have minimum 2 years of Imaging experience.
Must have minimum 2 years of experience with Windows operating system environment.
Must have minimum 2 years of experience with troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks / printers.
Must have A+ Desktop Certification.
Must have High School Diploma required. Preferred Skills:
Additional Certifications for various Hardware Platforms are considered an asset
