Job Description
Visa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Cybsersecurity Analyst (multiple openings) in Foster City, CA to:
Collaborate and communicate with Visa-acquired entities, external and internal customers to gather and analyze Identity and Access Management (IAM) business, technical, and functional requirements to achieve successful enrollment of enterprise-wide applications to the centralized IAM infrastructure.Act as the IAM point of contact for a set of assigned applications and manage the enterprise end-to-end IAM lifecycle for these applications.Complete access request processing as per pre-defined sets of procedure and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operational Level Agreement (OLA), resolve problem tickets related to corporate and commercial applications and assist other security analysts as needed.Perform role mining and role engineering analysis for role-based access during enrollment of enterprise-wide applications, including acquired entities applications.Identify process automation opportunities on existing access management practices.Deliver new automated IAM services related capabilities/solutions.Document access management procedures for assigned applications and/or platforms.Ensure access management procedures are up to date.Identify audit and compliance access related issues to reduce the risk of security exposures on support systems, and work with various teams to implement the improvements.Provide consultation and guidance on access controls and IAM best practices to customers and stakeholders.Analyze and improve existing solutions, streamline processes, and recommend upgrades to application access management services to improve end user experience and productivity.Day-to-day access management activities for applications and systems.Position reports to the Employer’s Foster City, California office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
Qualifications
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, and 2 years of experience in a computer systems analyst or information security analyst -related occupation. Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle, including on-boarding, off-boarding, transfers, HR driven process, and UAR. IAM related tools such as Active Directory, QUEST Active Roles Server, Oracle Identity Management (OIM), or SailPoint. Ticketing software such as ServiceNow, AskNow, or AskHR.Application enrollments and application access management process (access request provisioning, user access revalidation/certification, and Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes).Role-based access governance.

Worksite: Foster City, CA
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $113,700.00 USD to $176,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
