We are looking for experienced Upholstery Sewers that are looking to work in the Louisville Area. This business is a well established company and has an excellent reputation for quality work.Pay is based on experience but usually starts around $15. Monday-Friday 40 Hours a Week`Duties'- Assemble and fabricate upholstered boat cushions according to specifications- Attach vinyl to boat cushions using hand tools- Install padding to create a comfortable seating surface- Repair or replace damaged upholstery on boat cushions- Measure and cut materials to ensure proper fit and appearance- Collaborate with designers or customers to select appropriate fabrics or materials for upholstery projects- Maintain a clean and organized work area```Requirements```- Proven experience as an Upholsterer- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for upholstery work- Familiarity with different types of fabrics, vinyl, leather, and padding materials- Ability to read work orders to know design specifications- Attention to detail and precision in measuring, cutting, and attaching materials- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues during the upholstery process- Knowledge of sewing and/or auto restoration is a plusBenefitsFlexible schedulePaid Time Off401kInsurance
