Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is looking for a Tooling Mechanic - General Machinist to join our Tooling & Emergent Operations Team in Berkeley, MO. Position Responsibilities:
Large structure fabrication and assembly is the primary responsibility of this position
Fabricate, maintain, modify, & install various forms of tooling, such as large and small engineering test fixtures, fabrication equipment, etc. in collaboration with engineering design teams
Utilize manual equipment to fabricate or modify various tooling components (Examples: Marvel saw, surface grinder, drill press, etc.)
Other responsibilities to include: Blueprint Reading, Welding, Tooling Inspection, Laser Tracking

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. Tomeet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required."U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience working in a tooling, manufacturing or fabrication environment
1+ years of experience with CNC machining in a production environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Associate's degree and/or trade school certificate and/or equivalent military experience
1+ years of experience as a machine operator, writing and editing CNC programs
Experience in CAD/CAM software
Experience working with Mastercam
Experience operating manual mill and manual lathe machines
Experience using inspection tools (e.g., Micrometers, Calipers, Indicators, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, CMMs, Laser Trackers, Portable Arms, Optical Comparators, etc.)
