Meet regulatory requirements and follow policies and procedures.
Assists in developing new techniques and procedures that lead to greater departmental efficiency.
Perform technical work that includes environmental monitoring, plating of samples, dilutions, and filtering
Responsible for complex assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are necessary in resolving problems and making recommendations
Make decisions and achieve results that have a material impact on department/function resources and objectives.
The essential requirements of the job include
High School Diploma with 5+ years' experience or
STEM associates with 3+ years' experience or
STEM bachelor's with 2+ years' experience or
Non-STEM bachelor's with STEM'S minor STEM's certification with 3+ years' experience
Proficiency with aseptic techniques
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience in a regulated industry preferred (e.g., FDA, ISO)
Experience with clean room environments
Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and the basic Windows operating system
