Pay Rate: $23.00/hr
Schedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday
Compliance Associate:
• Collecting, packaging, and labeling laboratory chemical wastes for transport and disposal
• Managing and inspecting building waste storage areas
• Dispensing and delivering laboratory chemicals
• Documenting required inspections and maintaining R&D EH&S owned files
• Working independently or in a natural work group to produce timely and reliable results while meeting all regulatory and Dow requirements
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Experience in waste disposal and chemical delivery
• Possess strong organizational and documentation skills
• Are comfortable working with safety equipment and completing required inspections
• Are willing to assist with other special tasks as needed, such as procedure development and database management
• Are able to wear a respirator for certain processes
