For additional information visit, www.decadental.com or www.myidealdental.com. This position is a perfect chance to join a fast-growing practice with future potential to participate in a joint venture ownership opportunity at one of our sought-after retail locations What does our practice offer? 30% of production, including fully paid lab expenses Flexible schedule – work when you wantConfirm your schedule in advance for vacation and leave coverageWe supply state-of-the-art equipment, including iTero scanners at select practices, fully digital practices, and robust online dashboards to help with case acceptance.PPO and Fee for Service Guests with 10-15% HIGHER reimbursement rates allowing for maximum income potential.Free in-house 100+hrs CE courses, including Invisalign CertificationFuture potential to join FULL-TIMEDentist will see all general dentistry cases including molar endo, C&B, fillings, Invisalign, etc.Access to internal Specialists: OS, Perio, Endo and Ortho for referrals Responsibilities: Establishing and growing long-term guest and team relationsProviding mostly fee-for-service and PPO guests with a wide range of general and cosmetic dentistry, including crowns, bridges, molar endo, and InvisalignPursuing lifelong clinical learning and education with a collaborative group of doctorsAssuming the quality of care for guests while adhering to the highest standard of dental practice ethics and professionalism Qualifications: DDS/DMD from an accredited university is requiredThe desire and ability to connect with and serve guestsActive or pending State Dental Board LicenseExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
