Electro Mechanical TechnicianThe Electro Mechanic Technician performs project management duties, maintenance and repairs of all pneumatic machines and line equipment.Shift & Schedule: 12 HR night;6PM - 6:15AM on the 2-2-3 schedulePosition Responsibilities:Diagnose, plan, & perform all operations necessary to install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, rebuild, & dismantle various types of complex manufacturing & support equipment with special focus on advanced troubleshooting on control systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs, & PLCs on complex high speed packaging linesPerform preventive maintenance & other proactive activities to monitor & maintain equipment conditionTroubleshoot and repair of Pneumatic Control Systems, Allen Bradley PLC Systems, RSLinx, Process Control Instrumentation, 3 phase (480V) Circuits, Motor starters and controlsCoordinate with other technicians, production personnel, engineering, management, & other stakeholders to communicate & plan maintenance activitiesWill provide support and substitute for EMT Lead on driving production goals; this includes training, coaching, and filling in for Machine Operators as neededCoordinate with equipment/service vendors for technical assistanceMaintain safe, clean, & well-organized work areasComply with regulatory, Keurig Dr Pepper, & departmental policies, procedures, & standards (especially safety) Assist other maintenance technicians as priorities dictate, time allows, or directed. Identify opportunities for maintenance or process improvement & drive recommendations to implementation or resolutionComplete or assist with special projects as directedPerform other duties as requested by managementby Jobble
