The Experience You Will Bring Requirements
The ability to speak, read, and write English
Prior or current mechanical experience

What Will Put You Ahead One or more of the following: At least three (3) years of work experience as a mechanic/millwright in a manufacturing, industrial, agricultural or military environment Mechanical Journeyman A two (2) year technical degree or higher in the electro-mechanical or industrial maintenance field Completion of a mechanical apprenticeship program Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various types of industrial equipment Experience and understanding of precision maintenance practices Experience with laser alignment equipment Welding certification or experience Experience on various types of machining equipment Mechanical maintenance experience in the paper industry Rigging certification or experience
