Job Title: Electrical Panel BuilderJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Equipment Tester/Assembler with experience in the electrical field, particularly in panel building and testing of electrical equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing 600-volt battery backup enclosures to ensure functionality and durability, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. This role is scheduled to work through the end of February 2025, with a potential for extension. Candidates with PLC and automation skills will have the opportunity to transition into a level 2 role with some editing modifications and schematic design responsibilities.Responsibilities
Build and set up electrical panels and boxes.
Test 600-volt batteries for functionality, durability, and troubleshoot any issues.
Work under the supervision of Sr Controls Technicians and Engineers.
Read and interpret electrical schematics.
Perform PLC editing and modification tasks if experienced.
Contribute to panel design as needed.

Essential Skills
Experience in building electrical panels.
Knowledge of electrical and electronics controls.
Ability to read and interpret schematic designs.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience with 600-volt battery testing and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills for documenting and reporting findings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with panel wiring and design.
Knowledge of automation and mechanical systems.
Experience with wiring harnesses.

Work EnvironmentThe position is located in a new facility with a gym and a great culture. The work environment is clean and well-maintained.
