Yearly salary $70,000+

Job Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as necessary on over-the-road Class A tractors, tanker trailers and tube trailers
Document/record work performed electronically on computer-based maintenance system
Perform road repairs when necessary
Perform electrical/electronic repairs on tractors and trailers
Ensure fleet is in compliance with DOT regulations
Run parts room within facility's budget
Document/record Hazmat and OSHA requirements
Qualifications:
High School diploma/equivalent
3-5 years strong vehicle maintenance and repair experience
Strong mechanical background, with some computer experience/skills
Electrical troubleshooting skills on 12-volt DC circuits
Diesel engine troubleshooting and repair experience
Welding knowledge and experience preferred
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Must be able to work overtime depending on business needs
Validated work history
Valid Class A CDL preferred though not required
