Work closely with Machining Department Personnel to improve quality and production.
Oversee set up, fixturing, tooling, gaging, program installation, and operation of CNC machine tools.
Read and interpret part prints and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
Train CNC Machining Department operators.
Supervise CNC Machining Department production employees.
Maintain production and quality control paperwork during production run.
Maintain tool inventory and department supplies.

QualificationsJOB QUALIFICATIONSEducation
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required
2+ Year degree in an engineering-related field is preferred

Experience3+ years of experience CNC machines and mechanical tools
Requirements and Certifications
CAD/CAM, Solidworks, and Mastercam experience is preferred
Forklift truck experience is a plus
Demonstrates basic mathematical skills in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Able to read, write and understand work instructions and visual drawings
Must be able to communicate in English
