Job Description Produces machined parts by setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies. Duties & Responsibilities Setup and operation of Fanuc & HAAS CNC milling centers using Master CAM software. • Utilize blueprints, sketches, drawings, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements. Work to close tolerances using required gauges and inspection knowledge. Document information pertaining to setup and operation of each job utilizing written descriptions, sketches and/or photos. Train junior operators/apprentices. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Proficiency in Master CAM software preferred Must have a high work ethic, be a team player and work with a since of urgency. Ability to read and comprehend complex machine and component drawings. Ability speak/read English and understand verbal instructions. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Detailed oriented, self-motivated, ability to work well with limited supervision. Ability to train others. Ability to work overtime and on weekends as needed for the position.
