Partner with UX, PM, and Eng leaders to envision the future of the product’s UX
Understand business goals and seek to understand product market, competitors, opportunities, and challenges
Coach and manage designers to deliver the best work of their careers
Lead design for different devices and platforms
Collaborate with other UX leaders to drive best practices and UX consistency across the organization overall
Ensure our experiences and standards are accessible
Contribute to the creation of visual and motion design language, standards, and design systems for the customer-facing experience

Top Daily Responsibilities:

Independently create interaction design solutions for various projects.
Partner with UX, PM, and Eng peers to create design solutions and work through approval processes to get them built.
Create design specifications including accessibility standards.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of professional interaction or UX design experience
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams of visual & motion designers, UX writers, and UX engineers
Strong product sensibility, with capability to evangelize and drive key product innovations
Experience designing with accessibility requirements and internationalization standards
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to represent and evangelize complex business or technical concepts externally

Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:

Experience working on productivity software or Business to Business (B2B) software
Experience working on a storage product
Experience with Google Material design standards
Experience in Figma

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $63.56 to $70.62 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
