You will be responsible for providing high quality, professional and compassionate patient care. The ideal candidate will be an organized and energetic team player.Required Skills• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.• Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written communication skills• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and externalPosition Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent requiredSuccessful completion of Medical Assistant program requiredCurrent CMA certification required ORCertified Nursing Assistant’s (CNA) are welcome to apply and must successfully complete the Medical Assistant Program within 4 months of employment start date.  Tuition assistance is available for training and examination expenses.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (available upon hire)Annual influenza vaccination or declination requiredPosition Details: 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)Day ShiftWeekdays OnlyEqual opportunity and affirmative action employers and are looking for diversity in candidates for employment: Minority/Female/Disabled/Protected Veteran
