Our client, Tekni-Plex in Chandler, Arizona is the leader of rigid packaging solutions. They are currently looking for individuals to join their team as a Die Cutter Operator. This role is responsible for working with the production team to ensure high quality products are being manufactured and packaged for customer delivery.

Responsibilities:
Set up die cutting equipment according to job specifications and production requirements.Load materials onto the machine and adjust settings for proper feeding and cutting.Operate the die cutter to cut, shape, or emboss materials such as paper, cardboard, or plastic.Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and quality of output.Perform routine maintenance tasks on the equipment to ensure optimal performance.Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.Keep accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and meet deadlines.
Qualifications: 
Able to work in a production environment for 12- hour shifts Reliable transportation to and from work Previous experience operating die cutting equipment preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
