At Trident Maritime Systems – Custom Alloy Division, we take on complex, high-stakes projects for both government and commercial clients. We’re looking for a Production Control Supervisor to oversee production scheduling and materials management, ensuring smooth operations and on-time product delivery.
This leadership role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, manufacturing experience, and a passion for driving efficiency across teams.
What You’ll Do
Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer and business demands
Oversee material planning and inventory management to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
Collaborate with plant operations, purchasing, engineering, and quality to resolve bottlenecks and align priorities
Monitor and analyze production performance, implementing improvements where needed
Lead and mentor team members within production control
Manage change orders and adjust schedules to meet evolving requirements
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies
What We’re Looking For
U.S. Citizenship required
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in production control or product management (manufacturing environment)
2–3 years supervisory or management experience
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and scheduling software
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and inventory control methods preferred
Familiarity with maritime or industrial manufacturing a plus
