13 week Home Health Registered Nurse travel assignment

 
Hospital in Boone, NC is looking for a Home Health Registered Nurse to help them out for 13 weeks. This is a 8-week assignment Shift: M-F until shift is complete On call info: On call required if requested Float: Required when needed Travel Area: Ashe, Watauga Guaranteed Hours: 32 hourss Productivity Units: 30 units Qualifications: HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required shift position.

Completes nursing assessment of patients and documents appropriately into patient record.
Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members.
Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members.
Medical care provided in the privacy of the patient's home
One years’ experience as a RN, at least 6 months recent Home Health experience required
Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
Technical/Motor Skills - Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.
Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Sensory - Visual acuity, ability to effectively communicate
**Fusion Medical Staffing - Home Health Job ID #1638018. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
