We know you will find the right opportunity with Pella Production team members work as part of an assembly team performing multiple assembly duties for the construction of windows and doors. The laborer is assigned to a team and tasks will vary based on business necessity. Why Pella? Paid holidays and vacation Medical and dental coverage3rd shift- 40 hours ( Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 pm – 6:30 am) Team members receive (2) 10-minute paid breaks and (1) 30-minute unpaid break E S S E N T I A L R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S Learn and perform repetitive job tasks. Potentially rotate to a new task with varying physical requirements for each task. Cross-trained in different areas. Operate equipment/tools that require close control, adjustment, following production orders. Regular, dependable attendance. Comply with safety, quality, and production standards requirements. R E Q U I R E M E N T S Pass pre-employment tests Being able to lift repetitively 80-100 lbs Work in a team environment with the ability to communicate in a concise, polite, and respectful manner.
