*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care and assist in promoting a positive experience for our patients.

*Responsibilities*
- Administer injections and medications as prescribed by the physician
- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings, including inpatient facilities
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation
- Assist in specialized treatments such as Botulinum toxin treatment
- Work with individuals with developmental disabilities to provide comprehensive care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in operating rooms (OR) for patient procedures
- Utilize coding skills for accurate medical record keeping
- Assist in medical-surgical procedures and post-operative care
- Perform gastric lavage when necessary

*Requirements*
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Experience in administering injections and providing patient care
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices
- Knowledge of Botulinum toxin treatment is a plus
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in operating room (OR) protocols
- Understanding of medical coding standards
- Experience in medical-surgical settings is preferred
