Requesting 4+ years of experience Resume required at submission - CA License Required Data Collection : Unit Information: L&D Location: Good Samaritan Hospital Address: San Jose, CA Floor: 2 nd Floor Building: General Information Tell us about the unit (s) : Number of Beds - 10 Number of Staff – 120 Type of staff: Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Charge Nurse, Unit Clerk, Scrub Tech, RNs based on patient census Night Shift – same as above Patient Ratios – per CA Title 22 Type of equipment - EMR - Meditech /CPN Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Perinatal Scrub Tech Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Delliveries , C/sections, other L&D OR related cases Best personality Fit: Team player REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: BLS Floating Area ( s ) : Dress Code : Scrub Color /Attire - Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines . Weekends and On call(if any) Rotating weekends based on CBA
