Join our team at Crandall Medical Center in Sebring as a Full or Part-Time LPN Supervisor. As an LPN Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and make a real impact on our residents' lives. 54 per hour, based on experience. The full time LPN hiring bonus is $2,000 and part time hiring bonus is $1,000. We offer 8 and 12 hour shifts and shift differentials. Working as an LPN Supervisor at our facility means being at the forefront of patient care and being on a team of dedicated nurses. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care and attention they deserve.

As an LPN Supervisor at Crandall Medical Center in Sebring, you will oversee the STNAs, coordinate patient care plans, and ensure compliance with all regulations. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to the nursing team, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
