As a Neuro Service Line Lead OR RN:
You will provide for the daily operations and maintenance of the Neuro service line.
You will be essential in coordinating services as part of an interdisciplinary team of caregivers.
You will collaborate with all other healthcare disciplines to achieve successful execution of the patient’s plan-of-care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
Your operational responsibilities include the coordination of staff education, outcome management, physician outreach, customer service, revenue integrity, and capital budgets.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience preferred. Previous experience with specialty service line coordination and development preferred.
