This is a full-time, individual contributor role in Littleton, Colorado that offers a competitive salary of $33 to $35 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package. As a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their goals and regain their physical strength and mobility.

Help patients with exercises and activities to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
• Observe and document patients' progress and report to the Occupational Therapist.
• Instruct patients and family members on proper techniques for exercises and equipment use.
• Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Adhere to all healthcare and safety standards.
• Participate in regular training and educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• State licensure as a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques, principles, and practices.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and assist patients with physical activities.
