The Housekeeper provides completes daily housekeeping routines such as cleaning patient rooms, offices and public areas, while ensuring a safe and risk preventative environment within OSHA regulations.
The Dietary Aide is responsible for the following: assisting with preparing the salad bar, maintaining an adequate supply of beverages, ensuring the cafeteria and dining room remain clean at all times, assisting in the preparation and delivery of patient meals and room supplies, operating the dish machine, assisting the cook as required and stocking kitchen necessities on each floor as required.
Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members and team members. Ability to follow instructions for meal orders, nutritional needs and recipes to ensure residents and patients receive appropriate food. Physical stamina to assist in food preparation and serving meals, helping residents with eating and cleaning up after meals
May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours.
