Ratios: 1:4 for all shifts
Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 year experience required.
First-timers accepted: No
Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend and will work 4th of July if needed.
Certs REQ: CPR, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required.
Is on-call REQ? No.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float to other Endeavor EDs as needed.
Open to accommodating block schedule? No.
Locals accepted: Yes- no radius
Pending License accepted: No- must have active IL license to apply.
RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.
Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel (call off) 1 shift per calendar month without paying for the cancelled hours. The cancelled shift must be the regular shift length to which the Candidate is assigned (i.e. Client cannot break down the shift cancellation into smaller increments).
Special Requirements: COVID vaccine required. CPR, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required. Conscious Sedation, IV start, Telemetry, Vents required
Level 1 Trauma Experience and Triage preferred.
Type of Facility: Acute Care Hospital
Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma (if applicable): Level II trauma center. Teaching & magnet hospital.
Total Staffed Beds: 100
Charting: Epic
Scrub color: Royal blue.
Parking Cost: Park in the orange parking lot in front of the hospital on the first day. Will show employee parking during the hospital tour.
