eTeam Inc is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Republic, Washington.
Start Date: ASAP
~ Shift: 12 hours
~ Employment Type: Travel

Must have ER experience 
Providesdirect and indirect patient care in the emergency, acute care, outpatient, and swingbed care setting. Provides care thatreflects initiative, flexibility and responsibility indicative of professionalexpectation with a minimum of supervision. Is able to triage patients safely, rapidly and accurately, when theyenter the emergency care department. Determines priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs,as well as factors influencing patient flow through the system. Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes,consults with other staff as required and adjusts nursing care processes asindicated to ensure optimal patient care.
· Cross trains to learn the use of any new equipment.
· Ability to perform a head-to-toe assessment on allpatients and reassessments as per policy. Documents pain assessments and re-assessment consistently in theelectronic health record (EHR).
· Demonstrates knowledge of cardiac monitoring identifiesdysrhythmias and treats appropriately.
· Ability to perform waived testing (point-of-caretesting) per Clinical Laboratorys and the patient care units policies andprocedures.
· Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. RN NOC Shift
