* Professional Development: Stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology and related fields through continued education, workshops, and research, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. *Qualifications and Requirements:** Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* State licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
* Previous experience in speech-language pathology is preferred.
* Knowledge of diagnostic procedures, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Empathy and patience when working with clients of diverse ages and backgrounds.
* Ability to develop strong rapport and trust with clients and their families.
* Proficiency in using assessment tools and therapeutic equipment/software.
