Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapists with prior OASIS experience to work at a partnering home health care provider in North Kansas City, Missouri. Home Health Physical Therapist Contract Details:

~$13-week contract
~ Paid by the hour – not by the visit
~ Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits

Graduate of an accredited PT program.
