We are looking for *Registered Nurses of all experiences* to provide professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit with a commitment to quality and safety. Professional nursing practices, requiring specialized knowledge judgment and skill are performed using the process in accordance with hospital policy, procedures and nursing philosophy.
*We are looking for Registered Nurses at all experience levels to provide professional care to patients in a med surg unit, with the opportunity to advance to higher care units through a 12-month structured pathway. The pathway includes a 12-week orientation, didactic training, and shadowing experiences (in specialty nursing units including critical care) as a Medical Surgical Nurse.
