ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Verbal Beginnings is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider serving children diagnosed with autism. We provide extensive training to anyone interested in learning about ABA therapy and autism and have a passion for working with children
When : Sessions typically occur 3-5 days per week for 2-3 hours, most often during after school hours between 3pm-8pm
Where : Sessions typically occur in the child's natural environment (in the child's home, community, and/or school).
00 per hour, based on experience and certifications

ABA therapists work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans
The ABA therapist / Registered Behavior Technician
Collects and records data to monitor the progress of a treatment plan and works in collaboration with the clinical supervisor to update the treatment plan as necessary
Patience, compassion and the desire to help children with autism achieve their goals
Genuine desire to learn about Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy
High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree (completed or in progress) preferred
Experience working with children 
All ABA therapists will be required to complete or provide proof of completion of the 40-Hour RBT course.
