Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from an accredited college or four-year university required.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in federal, state, and local tax preparation and accounting required. Experience with tax return filing and workflow software preferred.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Working knowledge in automated sales management tools, preferably SalesForce.com.
Possess a high degree of technical skills and be highly motivated with a desire to excel and get things done through others.
Able to use basic office equipment, including copy machine, personal computer, and fax.
