Requirements:

- Must have Critical Access Hospital experience

- Will be required to float to like units as need, MedSurg
- Unit Information: 25 – bed Critical Access Hospital. Med/Surg – 20 beds, OB – 4 LDRP, 1 – post-partum/c-section prep
- Average Daily Census: Med/Surg 8 - 10 , majority are skilled care level, OB – average 85 – 90 deliveries per year.
- Nurse to Patient Ratio: OB – (Low risk) 1:1 active labor, 1:2 for early labor, post-partum (couplets) up to 1:3 (1:3 is a rare occurrence), Med/Surg – up to 1:5 typical is 1:3-4
