Are You Looking to


Set-up, adjust and operate all machines in assigned area. Operate high precision machines performing required operations.
Instruct personnel in the proper setup procedures, including the use of correct tooling, methods for machine adjustments, measuring devices/techniques, process control methods, etc.
Solve and/or participate in solution of issues related to process, documentation, machine, and quality, including recommendations for new equipment or processes.
Are You Ready to


Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance in an efficient and safe manner.
Observe established safe working and housekeeping procedures. Promptly correct and/or notify Supervisor of hazardous situations.
Participate in and take proactive roles in AS9100, ISO and Lean Manufacturing methodologies for problem prevention, corrective action, identification, and solution verification.
What You'll Need


~ High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
~3+ years of experience performing set-ups on similar production equipment.
~ Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
